- 1. All products sales are final. You may exchange any item(s) in the original condition within 15 days of purchase. We do not return your payment in any forms and we do not accept order cancellation.
- When buying Real Human Hair the color, size and the thread may vary a little bit, but we will do our best to supply the specifications of your order.
- Due to the fact that all our hairs are human, they might sometimes be a little different than what customers ask for; this includes colors, sizes and shapes. Customers do not complain about it often though.
- Everything you do with our products is your responsibility.
- The fees of any purchase, exchange, shipping and handling of our products are also your responsibility.
- It is recommended that our customers have a reachable and working phone number in case contact is needed. If a customer provides us with a phone number that does not work we may cancel the transaction without notice.
- It is recommended that customers provide us billing information identical to the information that appears on their credit card statement; otherwise the transaction may also be cancelled without notice. Also if the billing address goes under a partial match we may contact the customer so it can be clarified. If the billing information and the shipping information are different we may contact the customer so that the customer can ask their credit card provider to make a note and update the shipping information. Note: Without notice, we may cancel any order that has a billing and shipping address that do not match with each other.
- After an order is placed, we may call or email our customers for verification purposes and to clarify order details. Documentations might be asked.
- 4. Lots of times our products will be ready for shipping and might leave immediately after payment has been done.
- 5. In order to maintain our quality standards, we reserve the right to have a period of 3 to 5 business days to have the customer’s order ready for shipping (on the 6thbusiness day we will ship the order) when the product is not ready. Customers may not cancel an order if it is not being processed as fast as they would like. We may take from 3 to 5 business days to process orders.
*Note: We may take up to 8 weeks to process customized orders of Wigs, Top finishes, Net finishes, Bangs, Skin weft hair and Ponytail model 2 and 3.
- When an order is being returned to us, customers must have our approval prior to the return and provide us with a valid tracking number.
- 7. Remember that we will always work as fast as possible to satisfy the needs of our customers.
- Also remember to check your account frequently when you make a purchase, as updates will be posted to keep you informed. Most of the times the tracking number will be available at the same day that the order was sent.
- 1. On very rare occasions merchandise could be lost in transit. If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and request a claim for the lost merchandise.
- 2. Hair Brazil 4 Extension is not responsible for lost merchandise while it is in transit.
- We require signatures on delivery; if this is something you opted out we cannot be responsible for a lost unsigned delivery.
